PROMOTER TERMS FOR 2HOT 2PAY

These terms apply when you use 2HOT 2PAY as a promoter: what you see, what you may use it for and where the line is.
1 What this is about
These terms apply between you and 2h2p UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Marienstraße 10, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany ("2HOT 2PAY"), when you use 2HOT 2PAY as a promoter. A club or event organiser that partners with us invites you. We give you the promoter console and your own card page so you can invite and look after your guests. It is free for you.
There are two levels. As a Promoter, you work the events the club assigns you to. As a Head Promoter, you can also invite promoters to your club's team, assign them to events and see the invitations for your club's events. You can work for several clubs. Each club decides for itself whether and where it uses you.
2 You, the club and us
Anything you agree with the club, such as pay, commission, tables or free entry, is between you and the club. 2HOT 2PAY is not part of it and does not pay you. You do not act for 2HOT 2PAY or in our name. The club is the organiser of its events. "Hosted by" shows you to guests as their contact, not as the organiser. The club decides on entry, door policy and prices.
3 What you can see
You only see people who came to you through your link or card, who joined your people, or whom you invited to one of your club's events. For them you see first name and last-name initial, a profile photo (if there is one) and Instagram name. You also see their RSVP, whether they were scanned at the door, their note to you, your own labels, and how often they came to your invitations (for example "Came 7 of 9"). You do not see email address, phone number, date of birth or last name. Guests can see their own number with you as well.
4 What you may use it for
Use this information to invite your guests to your events, plan the list and know on the night who is coming. Normal hosting is absolutely fine. You can message someone on Instagram because they're running late, answer a question or let them know something has changed. Contact you already have with someone stays as it is.
5 Where the line is
So everyone can rely on 2HOT 2PAY:
- Don't copy guest data from the app into your own lists, spreadsheets, customer files or groups unless the person agrees.
- Don't pass on or sell guest data to anyone, including other promoters, clubs or agencies.
- Don't send guests marketing outside the app without their consent. That covers newsletters, mass or broadcast messages, promotions for other clubs, and social media ad audiences.
- Don't sign anyone up without their knowledge, and don't use other people's email addresses or Instagram names. Share your link; people sign up themselves.
- Don't harass or pressure anyone, including after they've said no.
- Keep your login to yourself, and don't create fake sign-ups or numbers.
You are responsible under data protection law for anything you do with guest data outside the app.
6 Your profile and card
Your card is public. It shows your name or display name, photo, Instagram name, short bio, your clubs and upcoming events. Make sure the details are correct and that you have the right to use the photo. The club and its Head Promoter can see how many guests you invited to its events, how many said yes and how many came.
7 Reports and suspension
Guests can leave you or report you at any time. A person on our team reviews every report. If there is a breach, we usually point it out first. For serious or repeated breaches we can suspend your access, immediately if necessary. You can ask for a person to review that decision. If we ask, you confirm that you have deleted any data you took in breach of these terms. If a third party makes a claim against 2HOT 2PAY because of a breach of section 5 for which you are responsible, you will indemnify us, including reasonable legal costs.
8 Ending
The club can end your membership, and you can stop at any time. You then no longer see that club's events and guest lists. People who joined you stay with you until they leave. You can have your promoter account deleted at any time via info@2hot2pay.com, which also ends all connections. We can end your use with four weeks' notice, or immediately for good cause.
9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. We provide the console as reliably as we reasonably can; we do not promise constant availability.
10 Changes and governing law
If these terms change, we show you the new version in the console, and you carry on once you confirm it. Silence does not count as agreement. German law applies; mandatory protections of the country you live in are not affected. The app Privacy Notice explains how we handle data.
