GUEST TERMS FOR 2HOT 2PAY

These terms apply to your guest account when you come to 2HOT 2PAY through a promoter's invitation.

1 What this is about

These terms apply between you and 2h2p UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Marienstraße 10, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany ("2HOT 2PAY"), when you create a guest account through a promoter's invitation, or use such an invitation as an existing member. Your guest account shows your invitations, your pass for the night and your promoters. It is free.

2 Who runs the event

The club is the organiser. Your promoter is your contact ("Hosted by"). The club decides on entry, door policy, prices and house rules. A spot on the list is not a ticket.

3 Requirements

You must be at least 18. Use your own email address and your own Instagram name. There is one account per person, and it is just for you. If you want to bring someone, forward them the link and they sign up themselves.

4 What your promoter sees

Your promoter sees your first name, last-name initial, Instagram name, your RSVP, whether you were scanned at the door, your note to them, and how often you came to their invitations (for example "Came 7 of 9"). You can see your own number with each promoter too. Your promoter does not see your email address. The club sees you on the guest list of its events.

5 Play fair

Please cancel if you can't make it; it helps the list. Cancellations and no-shows only count towards your number with the promoter who invited you. They have no other effect in the app. Whether they invite you again is up to your promoter.

6 Leaving, reporting, emails

You can leave a promoter or report them to us at any time if something isn't right. A person on our team reviews every report. You only get email invitations if you asked for them, and you can turn them off at any time.

7 Becoming a creator

You can apply to become a creator at any time. You then go through the normal sign-up, and the App Terms apply.

8 Ending

You can delete your guest account in the app at any time. We can suspend an account in case of misuse; a person decides, and you can ask for a review. We delete guest accounts that have been neither used nor invited to anything for 24 months.

9 Everything else

Sections 12, 13 and 16 of the App Terms apply accordingly to availability, liability and final provisions. The app Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data.
