Data deletion

You can have your 2HOT 2PAY account deleted at any time — directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the app.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open the 2HOT 2PAY app and go to Settings. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm. Once confirmed, any future event registrations are cancelled and all active sessions are ended.

2. Deletion without app access

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at hello@2hot2pay.com with your Instagram handle. We delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.

3. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, profile photo, stored contact details and points balance. Information we are required to retain by law, or information that has already been anonymised, is not affected by this deletion.
